Welcome to lmshelp.fiu.edu for technical assistance with your online, hybrid, or web-assisted course. As a student taking courses via a Learning Management System (LMS), you'll find that the Knowledgebase FAQs are your first resource for answers to our most commonly asked questions. If you're unable to find a solution to the technical issue you're encountering, then our Support Services team will be glad to assist you personally. You may contact us using our email, live chat, phone, or walk-in services. Please open a case immediately if you encounter any type of issue. In addition, please be sure to provide us with the following items, in order for us to fully investigate your issue or concern:

  • Your full name and Panther ID.
  • Course and section you're having the issue in.
  • The exact name of the assignment, assessment, etc.
  • Date and time when the issue occurred.
  • Screenshot or video of the issue encountered.
  • Screenshot of the Browser Check results.
